Lonely Scooter Painting

The lonely scooter belongs to the artist’s native place Budaun, UP. It stood there alone in front of the gates. It holds a special place in the heart of the artist who saw it standing there all her childhood. It weathered rain, dust and time without being used. It became a legend in the town and she gave it a fitting tribute by painting it in lovely acrylic colours. It symbolizes the journey of life yet it is standing still with chains on the closed-door hoping to fulfil its purpose once more.
